OCHS Gym and Student Center

This 39,056 square foot two story gymnasium boasts a state of the art gymnasium and training facility inclusive of a 14,000 square foot wood sports court with six basketball backstops, volleyball courts, weight training rooms, educational classrooms, café, kitchen, boys and girls locker rooms with individual whirlpool therapy tubs.

To lessen the inconvenience to the client and students during construction CCI proposed a phased construction schedule.  The site improvements consisted of multiple parking lots and site improvements inclusive of modifications to existing soccer and baseball fields.
