CCI was the contractor on this Type B/12.1, shell and tenant improvement project. We were responsible for the complete process, which required hiring and managing the design team, securing permits, issuing subcontracts and coordinating design/build MEP trades.

The purpose of this letter is to pat you on the back and say “Thanks!” for a job well done! I am very pleased with the extraordinary efforts put forth by the team at CCI. In review of the photo chronology that you issued last week, I am reminded of the ugly-duckling site that you started with several months back; and the stark contrast to the beautiful project that you just delivered! I am further impressed with the speed and tenacious spirit with which you attacked the project, week after week. Whereas many of our projects are, quite simply, a building on top of a piece of dirt, La Mirada is an engineering obstacle-course. But you made it look easy, like every-day construction! It brought a smile to my face to see the recycled, decorative glass wall in the lobby. I don’t know how you are going to top this project – but I am anxious to get to the next one to find out!
