CCI was the contractor on this Type B/12.1, shell and tenant improvement project. We were responsible for the complete process, which required hiring and managing the design team, securing permits, issuing subcontracts and coordinating design/build MEP trades. Acquiring the certificate of occupancy on this build inside the time frame allotted was challenging. CCI accelerated the project schedule without compromising quality. In the end, the deadline was met and the building completed on time.
