Bringing the Vision to Life
This approximately 4,000-square-foot, single-story medical clinic was constructed as a Type V-B wood-frame structure with a full fire sprinkler system designed to meet today’s rigorous healthcare, safety, and building code requirements. From initial structural work to the final interior finishes, successful completion required detailed planning, coordination, and collaboration among every trade partner involved. The facility was developed within an established master-planned commercial community, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
A Distinctive and Modern Exterior
The building’s elevated exterior design features high parapet walls that provide a strong architectural presence while effectively screening rooftop equipment from view. The exterior is finished with a durable stucco system, complemented by a clear-anodized aluminum storefront with integrated spandrel-glass glazing. A pre-engineered metal awning adds architectural character while providing additional shade and protection. Site improvements included parking lot enhancements, slurry sealing, ADA-compliant parking area updates, and refreshed striping throughout the property.
Designed for Performance and Durability
The facility incorporates a reflective TPO roofing system to improve energy efficiency, high-performance rooftop HVAC equipment to enhance occupant comfort, and energy-efficient LED site lighting to improve visibility and security. The project scope included complete site development, upgraded utility infrastructure including fire service and domestic water connections, and a comprehensive drainage system designed to meet municipal requirements.
