CCI was the contractor on this design assist project. We were responsible for the complete process, which required securing permits, issuing subcontracts and coordinating design/build MEP trades. Navigating the Covid-19 business environment during this time was challenging, but CCI met the project schedule without compromising quality.

The purpose of this letter is to pat you on the back and say “Thanks!” for a job well done! I am very pleased with the extraordinary efforts put forth by the team at CCI. In review of the photo chronology that you issued last week, I am reminded of the ugly-duckling site that you started with several months back; and the stark contrast to the beautiful project that you just delivered! I am further impressed with the speed and tenacious spirit with which you attacked the project, week after week. Whereas many of our projects are, quite simply, a building on top of a piece of dirt, La Mirada is an engineering obstacle-course. But you made it look easy, like every-day construction! It brought a smile to my face to see the recycled, decorative glass wall in the lobby. I don’t know how you are going to top this project – but I am anxious to get to the next one to find out!
