Davita Circle Marina – Long Beach, CA

CCI was the General Contractor on this Type B/12.1, fully sprinklered, 2 story tenant improvement project. We were responsible for the complete process, which required, securing permits, city inspections, issuing subcontracts and coordinating all aspects of the tenant improvement design in conjunction with the Shell & Core Building. The project’s scope involved installation of special Medical grade equipment and build-out of clinical offices, medical mechanical service room. The office area included executive offices, client training areas, a kitchenette and staff & customer restrooms.
